Ways to sign up :
-> Get a form from your respective school representatives/ print from our blog.
-> Fill in the forms and Pay RM 12 without T-shirt, RM30 with T-shirt.
-> Pass up your forms BEFORE 15th of JULY 2011. (This Friday)
-> Forms received after 15th July will NOT be accepted.
-> Online booking for those not under the official school list is available through our blog :)
Don't waste time anymore, Go to Change, Get Changed, And Be the CHANGE! :)
